What to Expect in this Guided Meditation
Welcome to your Ostara guided meditation. Ostara is a time on the witches wheel that feels like a breath of fresh air. We have been doing the work to self reflect, reclaim our authenticity and create the space for alignment to take place. Through Yule, we experienced winter’s womb. Then, at Imbolc, we travelled the earth’s cervix to be reborn with Ostara. Now, we can use our voice to communicate what we want to bring into our lives. And, we can use our voice to communicate with ourselves about who we are becoming. In this 10 minute meditation, we are going to travel into our throat chakra and into our sacral chakra to experience the space we’ve created within these portals. The throat and the womb directly mirror each other not just energetically and spiritually, but physically too. There is a magical golden thread that links our throat to our womb spaces. When we use our voice to create change, we energize our ability to create anew and allow the creatrix portal of our womb spaces to assist us in creating new life. We will be stepping into our becoming, welcoming ourselves home and turning to our bodies as our most natural altar.
